Store Policy

Ingles Merchandise Store carries apparel ranging from t-shirts and shorts to hats and umbrellas. All merchandise is available to current Ingles Markets associates working at the Distribution Center and Corporate Offices. Associates working at Retail locations will be able to order items in the near future. The teamwear featured on the HR Store is not currently approved for Retail uniforms.

All items ordered at this time will be payroll deducted. We will use your name, phone number, address, and associate ID to confirm your identity. If we need to verify your information, we may reach out by phone or email to do so. If we are not able to get in touch with you, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Payment Methods

By submitting an order, you are authorizing Ingles Markets to make a payroll deduction for the amount of your order. All orders will be payroll deducted. 

For orders less than $25, the order total will be payroll deducted from 1 (one paycheck). For orders between $25 and $50, the order total will be split, and payroll deducted from 2 (two) paychecks, each of equal amounts. For orders between $50 and $75, the order total will be split, and payroll deducted from 3 (three) paychecks, each of equal amounts. For orders over $75, the order total will be split, and payroll deducted from 4 (four) paychecks, each of equal amounts.

If you separate from the company, either voluntary or involuntary, before all payments are made, then the remainder of your balance will be deducted from your final paycheck.
