Delivery Policy
Currently, all products will be delivered to a Merchandise Locker. There are four lockers located throughout the Distribution Center and have a four digit code that will be sent once your order is ready for pickup. All orders are typically available for pickup within 3 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or Exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days after delivery of your order.
If there are any issues with your order, where it be size, color, or defect, please send a text message to 828-829-1470 with your name, associate ID, order number (if available), and the issue. We will try our best to make it right with you.
